Unable to log in to web or desktop application

If you are stuck in the login process and are unable to reach the web or desktop application, visit https://app.personal.ai/?clear=true to clear all credentials and try again.

Symptom

There are 2 possible places where you may be unable to proceed during your login process.

  • The web or desktop application remains stuck on the loading screen.

  • The web or desktop application continuously requests you to secure your account with Oasis after you've created and linked your Oasis account to your personal AI.

Workaround

Follow these steps to regain access to your personal AI on the web or desktop application.

  1. Visit https://app.personal.ai/?clear=true on your web browser to clear all your credentials for Personal.ai and Oasis.
  2. Log in to Personal.ai using your email address.
  3. When prompted, log in to Oasis using the same email address as your personal AI account.
    • If you do not have an Oasis account yet, create one using the same email address as your personal AI account.
    • If you have an Oasis account with a different email address, you need to create a new Oasis account with the same email address as your personal AI account.
    • If you have an Oasis account with the same email address, log in with it.
  4. (If necessary) Upon reaching the web application, launch the desktop application by opening the Sync Clipboard app and clicking on "Launch Desktop App."
