# Memory Upload

The Memory Upload section is where you upload information and data for your AI to process and integrate into its memory. This can include files, URLs, text, or media. Your AI will use this information to improve future interactions, provide more relevant responses, and better understand the specific needs or context of your prompts.

### Navigating to Memory Upload

To upload content to your AI's memory:

1. Go to **My AI**.

2. Navigate to the **Memory Upload** option under the **Train** section in the menu.

#### Uploading Content

Once in the Memory Upload section, there are multiple options for uploading your data:

**1. Files**

Upload local files from your computer or device and access your previously uploaded documents.

**2. URLs**

Add web links for your AI to process and learn from.

**3. Text**

Manually input text to be stored in your AI’s memory.

**4. Media**

Upload media content such as images, audio, or videos for your AI to process.
