- Channel directive settings are created and configured within the Channel Settings (previously set in each Persona’s settings page).
- Channel directives will override custom directives and Persona directives when they are enabled.
- If you have multiple channel directives, you can enable or disable the ones you want to use.
- You can also edit the channel directives directly from this settings page.
- If enabled, the channel directive will override any Persona directives in that particular channel.
