Sync Your Notion Files With Zapier

Zapier is a third-party product that allows users to integrate the online tools they use, to automate their workflows. By connecting Zapier to Notion, you can automatically sync memory blocks from a selected Notion page.

We’ve developed an integration of your personal AI into the Zapier network in order to make automated workflows within other apps in the Zapier network possible. . While using the Personal.ai integration is free, using Zapier requires an account that may incur a subscription fee depending on your selected services. Please review their privacy policy and terms of services before using their services.

Create a Zap

After creating an account navigate to β€œZaps” on the left sidebar and click β€œCreate.”

Search and select β€œNotion.”

Set Up a Trigger from Notion

Click β€œNew Database Item” under the β€œEvent” field. Then click on "Continue." Sign in to connect your Notion account to Zapier.

Grant access to desired pages.

Press β€œContinue.”

Set Up an Action for your personal AI

Search β€œPersonal.ai.”

Select β€œSign in” to connect your personal.ai account to your Zapier. Go to β€œSettings” and β€œAccount Settings.” Locate and copy your API key.

Paste your API Key on the Zapier connection page.

Notion page selected for reference.

Ensure the trigger is β€œrunning.” You can always go back to this page to turn this trigger off as needed.

The content from your Notion page will now automatically sync to your memory stack.
